Will my order fit through my letter box?

No, unfortunately your order cannot fit through a letter box. 

Do I have to pay any custom duties? 

No, there are no custom duties to be paid. 

How quickly will I receive my order? 

Barring exceptional circumstances, it can take from 2 to 3 working days for your order to arrive. 

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the UK (from our UK website). If you wish to order from elsewhere in Europe, please go to our France website.

How much do you charge for delivery?

For orders under £40, a shipping cost of £2.90 will be charged. Please note that shipping is free for orders over £40.

What should I do if I haven't received my order or if there is any other issue with the products?
